The art collective ‘Richtung 22’ has filed complaints with the Authority regarding 16 cases targeting the activities of the Luxembourg service provider RTL Lëtzebuerg on various communication media: radio, TV, VOD, Internet. The complaints concern allegations of hidden commercial communications, plagiarism of press releases and articles, and violation of the rules relating to the public service remit entrusted to RTL as defined in the agreement concluded with the Luxembourg State.
The Council decided, at its meeting on 29 April 2024, to instruct the director of the Authority to investigate the cases.
