Any natural or legal person, be it a concerned citizen, an organisation or even another regulator, has the right to file a complaint with the Authority. This complaint may be motivated by a suspicion of non-compliance of an audio-visual or audio media service with the provisions of the applicable law or its specifications. In addition, the Authority itself can initiate an investigation (acting upon its own initiative) if it identifies a possible breach.
