The application period for Media & Me – Backstage in Media Professions has started
For the 8th year in a row, the cross-border project Media & Me – Backstage bei Medienberufen is taking place. 15 young people from the Greater Region – Luxembourg, Germany, France and Belgium – will have the opportunity to get to know various media professions and gain practical experience in the media sector. This year’s focus is on the topic: ‘The use of AI in journalism – opportunities and risks for the media landscape’. The project is co-financed by ALIA.
Interested parties have until 30 April 2024 to apply with a letter of motivation, a video or audio contribution, or in another creative way. An independent jury will select up to 15 participants. Participation is free of charge. From May to November 2024, the 15 selected participants will take part in a programme during which they will be able to take a look behind the scenes of various media companies.
At the start of the application phase, an introductory event will take place on 18 April at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom, during which the ‘Media & Me’ project team will present itself in detail. Registration for the Zoom conference can be done via the following email:
