ALIA has issued a new sanction against the companies operating LiveJasmin, a pornographic platform accessible throughout the EU. They have been fined 25,000 euros for failing to have a sufficiently robust age verification system in place in four Member States.
Having already been sanctioned in August 2025, JWS Americas S.à.r.l. and JWS International S.à.r.l. had committed to deploying a solution across the EU by 30 September 2025. As this commitment was not met, ALIA imposed the maximum fine provided for by law.
As LiveJasmin falls under Luxembourg’s jurisdiction, it is regulated by ALIA in all Member States where the service is accessible.
